Not a breakfast sustitute but a great snack !

The cereal tastes great because it has ingredients that if you are on Keto you can't eat too much...serving size is 11 table spoons, so not much considering the bag is small... It is great for when you need to snack on something on the sweet side, something to snack on while we wait for our hideous dinner full of gross vegetables and steam whatever. This are great, considering I have tried many Keto friendly stuff I rarely like.

A sweet treat or great breakfast!

I purchased these and received them on Halloween day. It was the prefect day to receive them. I didn’t spend the night eating candy while giving it out to trick or treaters. I ate this amazing new treat. Yes it’s like cereal but it’s also a sweet treat. So good for only 3 grams of sugar. I am bariatric patient and I have to eat 90+ grams of protein a day. This is a perfect breakfast or snack for me. I already ordered another bag, the chocolate version and the raspberry cheesecake. They are all amazing!

cereal for everyone not only keto

I had done keto in the past and had great results but missed cereal and snacks. I never had time to make the treats everyone talked about. I tried these on a whim. When I got the package I thought it was a reasonable size considering the benefits of what was not in the product. I was skepticism at first because I had been let down by other products in the past. This one did not let me down. It smelled amazing just like other fruity cereals. I had some and it did not lose its crunch as quickly as other products, it had a great flavor and even my daughter who is picky as all get out loved it. She even went so far as to ask for some every day until the bag was gone. Between the bright fun packaging and the great taste it really hit a home run for my daughter and myself.

Best keto cereal I found

These are really really good. my 8 year old loves them and she's not even keto. I have spent a lot more money then this because cereal was a big thing I missed when I went Keto. I tried magic spoon, 6 different flavors, and spent close to 100 bucks and could not eat most of them. they had a really weird texture and although some of them didn't have a bad flavor, some of them really did. I was really disappointed. I have tried at least 4 other keto cereal brands and guys, I have made cinnamon "sugar" pork rinds to be like cinnamon toast crunch. They were actually better then the super expensive cereals but this stuff is an absolute reorder for me. I am really looking forward to trying the other flavors. The texture is a little harder than regular kix for example but the nice thing is they don't get all soggy. The serving size may seem small but when I am in ketosis, I don't eat much because i am always full. So its really a fantastic option. I cannot tell you how excited I was that this actually tastes like cereal with no weird after taste. If you have been keto for awhile you know the stuff is expensive but this cereal is by far one of the most worth it products I have tried.
