United StatesThe cereal tastes great because it has ingredients that if you are on Keto you can't eat too much...serving size is 11 table spoons, so not much considering the bag is small... It is great for when you need to snack on something on the sweet side, something to snack on while we wait for our hideous dinner full of gross vegetables and steam whatever. This are great, considering I have tried many Keto friendly stuff I rarely like.
